McCoy Dog in Basket Cookie Jar
This cookie jar was made by the McCoy company and is a dog sitting in a basket. The dog is white with black ears and blue eyes. The bottom basket is a greyish color with the basket weave pattern in it. It says cookies on the front as well. This cookie jar has a very small amount of pink painton the first O in cookie but that can be scratched off with a finger nail as I have tried it already. Otherwise there are three small chips on the inside of the lid and some minor crazing on the peice. There are no other chips or cracks on the item, and the tiny ones on the inside of the lid do not take away from the beauty of the cookie jar. This cookie jar measures 10 1/2" tall, 6" wide and 5 3/4" deep.
